Con Plumas Vienen Los Abuelos

Our first album Con Plumas Vienen Los Abuelos released in 2023 is a weaving of vibrations of the earth and the sounds of its habitants and medicines. Made with the intention to honor our elders, men and women of wisdom, and to the guardians of nature and the universe through a happy and joyous prayer connecting to the center of the creation.
We wholeheartedly give thanks to each plant, being and vibration for allowing us to express this offering, this call. Thanks to the family and all the teachings on this path of light.

Thanks to the ancestors who gave us their energy in this album and to those who give us their guidance and wisdom.

We can perform in events like weddings, birthdays, meetings etc. to accompany in significant life moments.

Temazcal

Temazcalli (sweatlodge) is an old and deep practice of healing from Mexico and North America, where stones heated on fire and water create a sacred steam that detoxifies the body, clears thoughts and balances emotions.

Temazcalli represents the womb of our Mother Earth.

The main goal is to connect with this energy and to work with the powerful medicine of the 4 directions, calling the 4 elements of medicine. Temazcalli is a ancient ceremony and practice to awaken our inner warrior and connect with Mother Earth’s medicine so we can share it with all our relations.

Water Prayer

Collective circles with the family to pray and honor our sacred water, with singing, dance, offerings and ritual movements that make our rememberance and bond with this beautiful element get closer and stronger.

Sound Journey

In this practice we immerse ourselves in a journey of relaxation and deepening through the healing frequencies of the sounds of world instruments and the voice.

Each frequency has a resonance in a certain part of our emotional, physical, mental and spiritual body, so each sound also has a tune with a certain aspect or memory of our life, with these sounds we create resonance that activates us and balances our cells.

We also explore our musicality and our voice to discover the relationship they have with our emotions and thus free ourselves and use this tool in our daily lives.

Cacao Circles

In these meetings we call on the family to open the sacred space through songs, prayers, dances and ritual activities to connect with the subtle and loving energy of the cacao seed, a medicine used since time immemorial and a legacy of our ancestors. It teaches us to live in the present with joy and love, it opens our consciousness to be able to have new perspectives about our life and what surrounds us, it gives us the strength we need to balance ourselves and walk in beauty.

And so with this force we pray, sing and dance around this beautiful altar that is the seed of life and sacred water, celebrating this life to create an experience that gives us the inspiration and motivation to live it more in presence and with more respect.

These are the group meetings and can take place during the day or at night.
